What is our return policy?
|Buyer must notify me within 48 hours after receipt of item(s) of
any problems with merchandise. Items must be returned within 10 days from ship date
and in unused condition (in original packaging). We will exchange the item or credit your
credit card. Sorry, customer must pay shipping to return the item. Please check your order
immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged upon receipt, please contact us
immediately. For returns and/or exchanges buyer must email the seller for a RMA
number. Note: Returns and/or exchanges will not be
refunded, if returned without a RMA number. Any refunds will be for
the merchandise only. Shipping, Handling and Insurance will not be refunded.
